In order to become a glamour model, you need a few things: a good body type, the ability to pose in front of a camera, and possibly some professional photographs taken. If you don’t have these things yet, this article is going to show how you can achieve them. Now that you’ve got some photos taken, you need to get past all the so-called “gatekeepers” who will try to keep you out of the glamour modeling business
First, go online and find a model agency that does amateur work (not professional nude photography). Look on their website for any mention of amateur glamour models; if you find the term “amateur” or “beginners” anywhere, that’s a good sign. If you don’t see it on their website (which is more likely), send an email to the agency asking if they’re accepting amateur glamour models at the moment
Feel free to attach some of your photos to this email; by now, you should have enough to show. If they like what you sent, they’ll probably ask for more. Once they’re satisfied with what you’ve got, fill out an application form online and send it over along with the photos
If the agency says that your type of look is right for them or that they’re currently accepting new models, then congratulations, you’ve made it past the first step!
Now that you’re almost there, take some professional glamour photographs to use as your very first pictures. It’s best if they match the type of work the agency said you were right for – but don’t be afraid to ask an amateur photographer if he or she would like to do a shoot for free.
Once you’ve got those professional shoots, send the agency links to your pictures and see if they like what you’ve done; if you need more photos (usually, you do), ask the photographer who took the first set of photos if he or she can take some more – or find another one to work with.
